Hi

A while ago you asked me to PM you when I have finished paying off car loan with a view to reclaiming late payment fees. You said that you would help me through the process but there doesn't seem to be a way to PM you. Can you please PM me, I really could do with your help.

    I would be careful of taking advice from baliffchaser his "company" do charge - you would be much better posting the basics of the problem and getting some free neutral advice.

    Oh I see..thank you for that.

    The problem is that I have incured LOTS of Late Payment Fees over the last 4 years with a Car Finance Company. I am now in a position to be able to pay off the balance of the loan and was hoping for help on reclaiming these charges.

    Can anyone help me please.

    Never done that but it is possible think you go through the process of the bank charges reclaiming - not sure if there is a forum for that think there is.

    I did reclaim payment protection successfully with one of Martins template letters - so it is possible - good luck and someone else more experienced should come along and confirm where to go etc!

    BF? I wouldn't bother he is a time waster, and he is more likely to get you into trouble. I agree with Rayday, i would try adapting the template letters on here. Good luck.

    Another one here who advises you to avoid Balliffchaser like the plague. He is seriously agenda ridden and does not have your interests at heart!
