Yorkshire BS 5year offset mortgage

Just about to take out a 5 year fixed mortgage, but need it to be offset as I have a decent amount of cash which I need to have instant access to.
Looking around there doesn't seem to be anything around much better than the 4.74% 5 year fix, offset with free legal and valuation fees with the Yorkshire.
Is there anything better on the market than this for what I am looking for?

In my search for similar deals I found that Leeds and Holbeck do them, but the rates are not so good and I haven't looked at the fees, penalties etc:
