Hi all,
I had a retail agreement with Halifax Cetelm, for a 3 piece suite bought from CSL, I can't find the original credir agreement, is it right that I need to send £1 for a copy of the original agreement.

Also a store card from GE money, for Owen Owen (Liverpool), the PPI box has been ticked, do I ask for PPI back due to the fact the assistant did not have the relevant training/being pushy?

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi Sparky

The CCA request is the one you need to send for a copy of your original credit agreement this does need to include the £1 fee for processing. You can find the template by searching for the CCA request.

In relation to the PPI read Martins article and see if the misselling applies especially if the company has previously been fined. Just to let you know have been down this route before and they will fight it as hard as they can but the threat of court action will help them start to consider your position on an individual basis.

    Best of luck
