what paperwork do we need to take as it's for a CO and i'm bricking it? Will payplan let us take it off the DMP ,for us to pay it seperately through a S.O if the judges rules in the creditors favour,many thanks. CQ

Thanks Dave, we are expecting them to award NR the CO, but are concerned about the 7 or 8% each year that they add to the debt which at the end of the DMP or the end of the mortgage there be nothing left after the sale of our home.
Any ideas if we are right about the % rate , many thanks.
