Northern Rock - Claiming Mortgage Exit Fees

Hi

I've just spoken to the Northern Rock about reclaiming my exit fee and they have given me an address to write into.

Does anyone have a template letter I could send around using the correct terminology as the only details I have are my old mortgage number (and the template letter on this site is more related to knowing what your fee should have been and interest etc.).

Thanks in advance.

Is it just literally writing a letter that says 'I wish to claim back my mortgage exit fees on the above account.......' or do I need to say anything else at this stage ?
