Local post office is selling all sorts of things at half price or much less - clear plastic box pencil cases with solar-powered calculator in the lid for 34p; gift cards and gift boxes for 10p; packs of mettalic pencils/crayons for 34p; DVDs for 49p (some pretty obscure, but others look a bit more mainstream, including cartoons for children). :T
