re-mortgage

i am looking for a self certificate mortgage interest only :o 80%LTV any advise who offering the best deals????.....:cool:

    liar mortgages have tightened criteria and are checking more what you claim. Any reason why you want a self cert mortgage as many people that have one dont need it and are paying more for it. Many that do have one should not have one at all because they lied to get it and lenders are a bit wiser to it now (erm, maybe not wiser but certainly more careful)

    My basic wage is not that high but I I receive maitenance from x husband and my familly tax credits add up to a considerable amount but as far as I"m aware high street lenders dont take this into consideration therefore I self certifide last time but my fixed rate mortgage has just come to an end. My partner and I are considering moving in together and possibly obtaining a mortgage together but he has poor credit history(defaults/not on electrol register) so I"m not sure which is my best option.:rolleyes:
