hi there
my friend has received a mortgage offer
all payslips and bank statements were returned etc etc
but they have just checked their credit report on credit expert and there isnt a search from this company ??
any ideas?
surely they cant have given an offer without a credit check?

There are three credit agencies, so probably in this case checked with one of the other twoWaddle you do eh?0
