Quidco - Gala Bingo - Still not had it tracked??

Hi, I sent an enquiry to Quidco regarding the Gala Bingo offer I took up in March.
It has been sent to the Merchant, but I was wondering how long it takes after this?

I also have a Betfair transaction, that is still showing as tracked but that was back in March and still nothing.

Is there anything I can do, I thought I saw a thread on here where someone looks into any queries, was I mistaken as I cannot find it, or was it something totally different.

My Gala was done in February and it only just got tracked last week ... it's a 2-3 month track.

They are a law unto themselves and IMHO nowhere near as reliable as Topcashback or Cashbackkings.
