Go to www.goodpubrestaurants.co.uk where you can print off a voucher for a free main course at the Chef & Brewer chain, if you buy another meal. The cheaper of the two is free and the voucher is valid until June (Mondays to Fridays).

Sorry - good pubrestaurants are the promoters but the link for the voucher is :-

I got an email from them today too. Note that it's only valid Monday - Friday, and not on Bank Holidays. Have used one of these before successfully so off to my local Chef & Brewer soon!

Hey everyone, as an employee at a chef and brewer pub I can confirm that we are honouring these BOGOF deals, and they are there to compliment our new summer menu which went live last month, It's definitely worth going down and trying some of the new stuff.

The mackerel dish is lovely, as is the new steak salad. There's a new super food salad too for those looking for a healthy option. Someone mentioned the White Choc & Rasp Tart, that used to be my favourite, until the Choc Fudge Cake came onto the menu. I spend far too much money on food there.

I work at the Green Man in Offley (Hertfordshire) by the way, if you are stuck for something to do in the summer come down to the pub, we are one of the bigger Chef and Brewer pubs and have a big back garden with some pretty amazing views. I only work part time on the bar usually so chances are you won't bump into me, but come along anyway.

Edit: If for any reason a pub does not accept a valid voucher kindly ask to speak to a manager and if you get nowhere with them then you can phone Spirit on 01283 545320 and I'm sure they will clarify the situation with the manager. Everyone should know though so you won't have any problems.
