Just a quick post to inform anybody about YES Loans Ltd, I have been robbed blind by them and I would discourage anybody from dealing with them, they are thieves and scoundrels, liar’s just pure con artists. I lost £59.50 to these Muppets so don’t give out your personal details to them, definitely not your bank details or credit/debit card details and for the record these people are not lenders they are brokers, they do the leg work and research which in fact you could do yourself, they have not helped anybody and they have only cause financial loss and grief to honest decent people. I am going to publish as much slander and bad press as I can about these characters.

would you like to explain the basis for your comments. What exactly happened for you to lose £59.50?

Made an enquiry as you do, took some details and said that they require Debit/credit card for ID purpose, so stupidly I gave my card details and when I checked my Capital One statement there was a pending transaction for £59.50, that is deception, Capital One are pursuing this on my behalf and they guy at Capital One agreed that it was wrong for them to take the money under the circumstances, he said there is nothing obvious on their web site about a fee for £59.50 etc.

Lots of people of here have successfully managed to get their borkerage fee back from Yes Loans. Don't know which thread it's on but hopefully someone will be along shortly who can help.

Your not alone. These guys have had money out of lots of people. They promise to find a loan that meets your criteria for a fee and then fail to get you the loan.

They sent me a pack of rubbish about getting a guarantor to sign for me and I had to pay the postage on it too, that is not the way to do it, I did manage to get a loan from Bank of Scotland for the £2000 that I required. Thank you for your input but I just wanted to post my feelings about these scum bags.

I have heard alot about this callous blood sucking leeches from other post's. I may be wrong if all went though ,they would probably say we have found you a loan with their partners in crime WELCOME FINANCE. By the sound of it i think and hope capital one will refund you. Be warned there are a few of this inhumane companies around.

Ah I see where you are coming from now. My reason for the post is that this board really isn't about slandering companies, its about working on facts and ensuring that other people are aware when these companies start acting unethically or illegally.

Thank you for allowing others to see what tactics they employ and I hope that your post will lose them some more business.

i am in the same boat tried to get my fee back sent the letter reg post still no luck with promised refund . £59.50 is not a lot to some but it is when you are disabled any one got any ideas about these rip off merchants they don't tell you when you call its no problem we have passed you for a loan the you fine out that they are just taking your details and ringing round brokers . so to me they should be done under trading standards they are not a loan company

These companies prey on the fact people are sub prime and desparate. They should clearly say at the begining they are brookers , and as such they should be brought to account by the F.S.A . I mean would'nt the trade description act not cover these scams.

the person who owns the company has been banned from doing so so is his three right hand men how do they get away with it the daily mirror went to meet them and had to call the police so that shows you what you are dealing with i have called trading standards about this and they seem very interested we will wait and see
