How annoying is their form, it won't allow underscores or hyphens in the email address field so I can't enter without trying to set up a new one without symbols! I've had a look to see if they've got a 'contact us' page to let them know but I can't see any sign of it. :rolleyes:

yes i had this problem, my addy has an underline so couldnt use it. I had to use my OH's addy.
