UK World Gift Catelogue, is this legit?

On ebay they are selling a £1000 gift voucher for UK Gift Catelogue and it is only going for £4.99 at the moment and ends in 5 hours.

Does anyone know anything about this company and or the vouchers?

Here is the link to the item:

What do you think legit or not?
Thanks

    Kat,
If you had a voucher for £1000 for UK Gift Catalogue and it was legit, would you sell it for £5 on ebay? Or would you buy £1000 worth of stuff and sell THAT on ebay?

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is...heh. If you fancy taking your chances, bung them a fiver and come back and tell us what the scam is.

Having a peek at this person's other items - I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole (or they are incredably altruistic, can't fit in any more holidays themselves and I'm vastly misjudging them).
  • I didn't think it looked legit to me but I just thought I would see if anyone has come into contact with the catelogue or the vouchers.

I think I will leave it alone.

    Thanks

  • I had a £1000 voucher for the UK gift catalogue and it was legit, however it was difficult to spend £1000 as the choice of goods was rubbish and you had to pay postage for each item ordered which was quite expensive.

Look at some of the users other items, its like those competitions where you've won a new holiday and to claim you just phone a £2 a minute phone number. In the end its only a voucher with hundreds of terms and conditions and clauses....
