Vision Express Refund

Have no idea which board this is best to go in,

I ordered and paid for some glasses from Vision Express on Thursday, they told me I have to wait 15 days for them as they don't keep my lense instore.

I have since found the exact same pair of designer frames along with the thin & light reaction lenses for half the price, a whole £200 less than Vision Express from The Optical Store, in Holborn, London. (they do mail order too so won't need to travel to London to get them).

I'm just wondering if Vision Express will cancel my order and give me a full refund seeing as I don't have them yet if I was to phone up and ask? What are my legal rights on this as I ordered them in-store.

I would suspect it would depend on if the ordered lenses have been made yet or not

cant hurt to ring and see what they say maybe they will offer you some money back.quite competitive i think as my son whinged at 1 of the shops (cant remember who)as his glasses werent ready when they were supposed to be and they were very generous.good luck!
