RE: £20 dvd.co.uk e-vouch from lovefilm

I reciently received my £20 dvd.co.uk from lovefilm for doing a dvd trial. But when i go onto dvd.co.uk and add stuff to my basket and go to checkout there is no voucher code box to enter my code into. Anybody know why this is?
any help would be great.
