Yeah, really looking good with all the multiple thousands of mortgage resets coming up in the next year.0

the last waltz of the on ship HPI band.
asking prices might be going up, but there's no slowing down on the number of post initial price reductions I'm seeing. It's a health benefit ...0 -
Amazing as Rightmove yesterday issued £16.2m worth of shares and admitted the future was looking very negative if things continue.
With all the backers of Rightmove having a vested interest (and the share price tumbling) I doubt anyone would have "massaged the figures" would they?Keep the right company because life's a limited business.0 -
That article is hilarious.
The picture used to illustrate it is actually the one Private Eye always uses when it does a DE "Diana death conspiracy will cause house prices to crash" spoof. I hadn't realised they actually got the picture from the DE!0 -
Fiddled figures IMO - I'm not seeing increases in my area, only falls!0

is slightly bumped asking prices

I dunno, I reckon I am seeing a few bunged on at inflated prices in anticipation of having to reduce.
8th May 2008- Price changed: from 'Guide Price £2,000,000' to 'Guide Price £2,150,000'
