I have to get a new username on here as there is someone watching on my old username was doing dirty tricks with the family ie causing problems

Right, I am back back on DFW again after a period of no work and ripping hair out thinking how to pay bills etc... but this morning I have accepted a new job which will allow me to sort a problems out once and forall
Right here is my SOA - I got this fine tuned and twiged....

Mortgage Protection £ 6.57
Mortgage 4.67% £ 449.56
TV License £ 11.37
Council Tax £ 97.00
Water £ 9.00
Gas / Electric £ 47.00
Life Insurance £ 6.32
Broadband £ 19.99
Boiler Protection £ 16.97
Phone BT £ 20.50
Phone Virgin £ 10.00
Car Loan £ 190.56
Total Outgoings £ 884.84
Car Insurance/Tax £ - Fuel £ 100.00
Food £ 60.00
Total Non monthly Bills £ 160.00
Total to find after TAX/NI £ 1,044.84
Wages £ 1,425.33 (approx!)
Left Over per month £ 380.49
Incoming Rent from Lodger: £240 every 4 weeks

Littlewoods: £101.18 - 0% until Nov 08
RBS CC - £1118 - 0% until Nov 08
BOS - £60.30 - (for ebay) 28%
Barclays CC - £1294.93 - 6.5% Life
#1- (which I had to borrow today to keep the mortgage in check! :mad:, I want to pay my mother a thank you bonus of £100 when I come to pay everything off as she has been there to help out in tough times)
So little steps at a time, now that I have a good job now and not having to wait for the agency to call me and living on the overdraft alll of the time, I have now cut all of the cards up so they can't be used.
