great find OP.
If you ring 0500 802080 they will let you have as many as you wish but they charge £1 each and they come with £1 credit.
The 3000 texts only appear after you top up with £15.00.
I assume the ones on this site are different."Unhappiness is not knowing what we want, and killing ourselves to get it."Post Count: 4,111 Thanked 3,111 Times in 1,111 Posts (Actual figures as they once were))Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.0 -

This is what it says on the site
Using the SIM Card is easy - just pop it into any unlocked phone. The card comes free with your first 3000 evening weekend texts, which you can use in the UK to text other UK phones. Then all you have to do it top-up by a total of £15 a month or more to get your 3000 texts the following month. (We challenge you to use them all.)
So the first 3000 texts are free, the rest you have to top up monthly with £15.00 or more.0 -
trace-j wrote:Re using the SIM card for the cinema tickets, don't you have to top up so much a month (at least £5?) in order to claim the tickets? Excellent find though.
No, I hardly ever top mine up. As long as you are still in credit, even if it as only pennies, then you are fine. Don't know how this will work with the free texts sim but I assume you will be ok if you just use it for texting.0 -

Hi Ms Money-penny.
I was referring to the ones that you get if you telephone.
Seems to me they have a different offer so I was warning others."Unhappiness is not knowing what we want, and killing ourselves to get it."Post Count: 4,111 Thanked 3,111 Times in 1,111 Posts (Actual figures as they once were))Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.0 -
Offer appears to have finished. The OP's link goes to a page that is offering SIMs for £1 now - still with 3000 texts, though.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930
