I need to take back monsoon dress but no receipt - will i get a refund?

I've bought a dress from Monsoon but not got receipt as I have lost them (doh!).

It still has the tags.

Does anyone know if monsoon will refund or exchange?

From my experience all shops will offer you an exchange or a credit note as you dont have the receipt, but seeing how the tags are still on then you stand a good chance

Monsoon was one the shops mentioned in a programme about shoplifters last night that will exchange or offer a credit note.
