...... anyone know of a cold calling company - GNC or GMC based in manchester - these are the guys that keep calling me up offering IVA or DMP.
I know the G is right (he said Golf) not too sure about the M or C - I just threatened to go to the police if they didnt stop - he went quite quite, then i explained why (had about 10 phone calls from them) - he said he wasnt aware. I apologised (afterall, everyone needs a job) and told him I had already told all this (wont borther putting it here) to his colleagues - he said he would remove my number from the database - but if he doesnt, I want to know who to get hold of. ...... already with TPS - BT kindly offered to block the number - in return for £6 a month!!!

No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

I don't know who they are but next time demand an address from them and tell them that if they don't remove all of your details from their database you will report them to the Information Commissioner. Do also mention that you are registered on TPS and chheck out the process for reporting breaches against that.

Although they might actually be based overseas in shich case they don't have to abide by any of this (see this previous thread) - the comapny could be registered in manchester and have the people that are calling based overseas£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)
