Come Dine With Me (Last Night) Spiced Jelly? Would love a receipe

Hi all

I watched come dine with me last night and saw a spiced jelly pudding. It looked fab. Tried to find receipe today and they are not showing it.

Does anyone else have a receipe similar or know how to make it.

I am doing a healthy low fat meal for my mum as a surprise for her birthday, she is doing weight watchers and I would love to make her a three course meal.

Any receipes and ideas would be gratefully received.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
The channel 4 website gives a Nigella recipe as an alternative
    • 1 bottle good fruity Chardonnay
    • 300g raspberries
    • 1 vanilla pod, split lengthways
    • 5 gelatine leaves
    • 250g caster sugar
    • double cream to serve
It also says "Hazel made her spiced jellies by heating gelatine, spiced water and orange juice in a pan before chilling the mixture in a fridge in champagne flutes. She then topped the jellies with brandy cream and frosted grapes before serving"

ah bu99er I missed it. I wanted the treacle toffee cheesecake from last week but they can't put it on the website for some reason - anybody any ideas or alternatives?
