I never did recieve a copy of the t&c used when I initially opened my current account. Does anyone think its is possible to obtain a copy of my application (1994)? I still use this account on a daily basis. If so will it have the relevent info (ie charges, fees etc) Or can I obtain t&c's from then?

I would suggest that your T&C would have changed since opening in 1994.
But i can tell you what would be in there.
Something like this
"We can change these T&C when we like" to put it bluntelyI all have learnt is from others on many sites.
Seek legal help if unsure.
