    I noticed it should have arrived on 21st and so called up as I'm going on hols etc.

    Lady said she will ship faster an will arrive Tues and she will refund £3.50 delivery!

    Now that is a goodie!

    Sorry, but I have done this with this bag twice in the past and they do not honour although i did complain about it being cancelled and had £10 credited to my account for the disappointment caused!!
