cccs payment plan & late payment fees

Hi,
Hope someone can help witht his problem. I have been on a C.C.C.S. payment plan as I am unable to manage the payemtns on my Credit Cards, this plan has been in place for a nearly a year and a review is due in June, in this time all agreed payments have been on time and none missed. I am now begining to recieve calls and letters from two of the Credit card companies saying that as the plan has been in place for a year they are not going to renew it and are now charging me interest and late payment fees as the amount I pay via the CCCS is not the mimimum required on the statement, I have contacted the Credit card companies who have advised that this will continue for 3 - 6 m onths until the account is taken over by a debt collector, however my concern is that when this happens I am going to be in more debt than when I started and all the effort I have put into paying the balance via the CCCS plan will be for nothing. If anyone can offer advise or help it would be very much appreciated.
