are pinnacle having a laugh ?
i had a loan with Northern Rock which i settled last week after half-way thru a 4 year loan.i emailed Pinnacle (who does the PPI for NR) for a partial refund of what i payed and i got this email back today..
Dear Mr Taylor,
Thank you for your recent e-mail.I confirm that in return for you paying
the premium, we will provide Life, Disability and Unemployment cover. This
does not work like a savings plan. However, If you do have any further
queries, please contact Northern Rock Ventura on 0870 600 0506.

Are you sure that is spelt Tina Shetty? Seriously, I think you'll have a problem with this. PPI is provided for the term of the loan. If you shorten the term voluntarily you do not get a rebate on the premium, AFAIK, but do check the T & C's.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0
