Anyone had any dealings with Power2connect.
I have a Citi Card which I have requested a cca on as they have defaulted on the agreement on my account and started adding interest and charges to the account again.
CCA request was received by Citi Card in March and they are well over due to supply it and haven't even bothered trying to contact me.
Letter from Power2connect, states that Citi Card have tried to contact me and they have been asked to patch up communications. They gave me 3 days from the date of the letter to contact Citi Card.
I've written to both Citi Card and Power2connect and told them of their default and waiting on the cca as they have now commited an offence.

Just had a visit from a Power2connect rep. He phoned Citi Card for me and Citi Card claim they have no record of signing for the CCA I had requested. They then tried to tell me I had defaulted on payments as they had ceased since February this year. I told them they had defaulted the second they started adding interest again.
They claim my Hardship payment programme had finished and I needed to renegotiate. My repayment programme started in 2001 for an agreed 1% of account balance and they did not mention any time period for it to run then so as far as I'm concerned it runs till the debt is satisfied. CCA is long overdue, I think a letter to their Trading Standards Office is now needed as well as a letter to the Financial Ombudsman.0
