    Hi

I managed to book tickets by:
    1) Selecting the date and show you wish to see from the list
    2) Entering the number of tickets in the drop list
    3) Entering the code *** code removed by Board Guide - please see here for explanation *** into the 'Enter Special Offer Code or Password ' box
    4) Choosing 'Best available' from the 'section' part.
    5) Clicking on the 'look for tickets'

Doing this resulted in the price shown as half price.

  • I tried the same as above for the Phantom on Sat 10 Dec at 1430hrs and it would not give me any half price tickets (I tried at least 5 times) . I then booked the same date time for Les Miserables and hey presto half price seats. I then again tried to book The Phantom on Fri 9th DEc at 1930hrs and again I got half price seat so I thing it must have something to do with the time / date of the performance
