Reading some of these posts about mortgage refusals now im scared!

Iv been reading some of these posts about people on much higher wages than me getting refused mortgages and Im starting to worry.

My situation is (previously posted) that Me and my girlfriend are hoping to buy this time next year. We both earn 15000 a year, she has no debt, and im hoping to just have one debt by then, (dads generosity). My debt will be £159 a month, with under 4 years left ( initially £10500 over 7 years). I am 33 and she is 32.

My GF has £60,000 for deposit, has a excellent credit history as do I.

I hope to save a couple of grand for fees etc.

The amount of mortgage we will be looking for will be 80-90k so house value of 140-150k.

Just wandering if any enlightened person thinks we have a chance.

Also, off topic, seeing a lot about keyworkers. I work in the nhs have done for ten years do I qualify? not exactly sure what qualifying would mean.

Thanks in advance
