Today was awful, arrived at court at 0930 sat around until 10 as they had double booked. Gave them my excemption of fees and all paperwork to be told income was over, i said how apparantly they had added up all income on bank statements and dss statements, i saidhang on I am not currently getting tax credits and neither do I work for bus company and gave them p45, they said sorry rules are rules gotta use income on bank statementts. I said not been employed since 27 april but they would not budge and if I claimed it back later the or would have it, do you want to pay or cancel, so I paid God knows what I will do for money but i paid , not worked much too stressed.
any way paid at 1030 told too late to be seen come back at 12 !!!!!!!! Came back at 12 and they could not find the judge, got see at 1250, and then up official recievers office who were pleasant, saw the clerk and went through the norm,told my OR interview not until 2nd June, hes on holiday,it will be a telephone interview.
went to coop and they were fine about my cashminder.
Phoned my OR to check things at 1545 as arranged, seemed ok about me renting my taxi said he wants me to work so I can pay towards my bankruptcy!!!!!!!! checked a few other things with him he seemed ok, hes called mr cuthbert any one met him in plymouth?? He said they would send appointment through in post with a few questions I already gave him some bank statements and my taxi accounts today.And evidence of my tax credit overpayment my depression, and proof I rent the taxi, and proof barclays took my name off the joint account. I asked him if ican have my bank staements back to claim council tax benfit etc and he said he would photocopy them so ican have the originals.

Went into Barclays opened basic account to use for my taxi insurance etc to keep it seperate. the lady in there gave me a hug, but also let slip they don't credit score atc their savings accounts and i could have one, she is going to ring me.
Just got home at 5 (had opticians) and realised the council tax arrears for £400 for here is not on my bankruptcy and its luckily in my name only not OH so can I include it ?
A really hard day I am afraid, the only bright point a druggie taxi customer who did a runner on me owing me £15 was in the court, I had pleasure in asking for it two years later!! But he had no money still enjoyed asking and seeing his face.

thanks for all good wishes don't know what I would do without you all. long wait to the 2nd june,I said to the OR can I drop more paperwork in to make it easier for them, he said he would look forward to envelope , I said envelope? you mean at least 3 box files, he said more the merrier, cup of coffee time now and sort kids tea, be back later.

hi it was rough day, do i feel better?? sort of I think will be better after the 2nd, when I find out what the OR has in plan fro me. Want to do a budget you know and see what a difference my life will be money wise on paper, but can't really do that till after 2nd. I want to see if there is spare money for worcester and also for another 3 night holiday with kids in june, (we had 4 nights in april) tell you truth I am too shattered to appreciate it , abit like you feel on your wedding day evening/ night
