I have just had my shopping delivered with no £15 discount voucher taken off, I have just rang Tesco the chap said this has been happening all day so please check your bills. I have to send an email to Tesco and attatch my confirmation email - what a shambles but for £15 discount I'll get it off to them asap!!!

I have just sent my shopping back as they did not apply my voucher and reordered it again.

I can't be bothered to phone up.

Hopefully they will sort out their procedures.

I just phoned up while the driver was standing there and customer services said it was a technical error and refunded it to my cc. Refund appeared a couple of days later.

Still no joy with my £15 voucher, I had a email from Tesco asking if I had a copy of the email with the voucher number on!! (I have not) she would then investigate. I think that this is unfair Tesco accepted the voucher on my order, I spent over £100 so they should honour this, what shall I do? I wished that I had noticed this when the driver was still delivering the shopping
