    Hi

Cant really help with any problem but I requested a payment 2 weeks ago by BACS and received it 7 days later.

At least this shows they are a genuine company. If i were you id check the deatils you had provided for the payment and if they are okay id give them a call

    Hope you get it sorted

Can i please ask how long its taken you to get to the £40 mark as iv been with them a while and recon its going to take forever to get there at 10 pence a survey. Begining to wonder if its worth it

I started at the end of October 07 and got to the £40 mark at the start of April. So that's about 6 months.

Try to check the site every couple of hours if you can, some surveys dont last long.
  • I started onepoll after christmas and am up to £35 now so 6 months will probably be about right for me too.

    I've been a member since last August & I've had 1 £40 payment & I'm back up to £16.
My payment took 7 days but I do know a couple of people who had to wait a bit longer.

They are a fantastic company. I received £40 payment in January and am back up to £21.50. Have won several competition surveys, mainly £200 prize, latest win was during April. Won a mobile with them a couple of years ago.

They don't do as many competition surveys these days, now they're mainly for small amounts of cash.

Payment is usually received within a week or so.

    Good luck

Thank you for the replies. I have rang up today i spoke to a woman and she transferred me to a man. They are soooo friendly ! Which is fantastic. He emailed me and said it they could not send payment (incorrect details or something) so i have emailed them my details which they asked for. Hope i get it soon :)
