I need your help please, have arrived home today to find an interim charging order it is to do with a ccj that lloydsstb took out on me. Does this mean they ccan take our house ? I am really worried. The ccj payments started in Jan i missed feb but paid double in march. I phoned the solictor and explained the reason. The same thing has happened this month i missed april but have paid twice in may. This is because of cashflow problems and work being really bad. Any advice would be great.

Thanks Ras
Have skimmed thru those posts. Will read in more detail later, I will make a few phone calls tomo, but at least i understand what the actual form means now. The original ccj was done at Hull county court this ICO is from Nottingham where we live I wonder if this has anything to do with it, as when i first phoned the solicitor when I couldn't pay in Feb he said it wouldn't be a problem. Thanks again for your quick response.
