Frozen/Fresh Ready Meal Diet

Hi,
I've seen on the occasional diet show people being told to eat solely the diet that's given to them, and they get a box of meals with stickers on them saying when to cook them; they just chuck them in the oven and it's as simple as that.
At the moment, I pretty much live off greasy takeaways when I'm out (because nothing else is open at 3am), and meal packs from https://www.cookfood.net when I'm at home, and fresh fruit etc.
Does anyone know of a company/personal trainer who can provide meals on the basis I described? I'm assuming a normal personal trainer/dietician doesn't provide this sort of service? - it'd be ideal if it was tailored to me.
I know this is MSE btw, but honestly, money isn't an issue (I just like getting value for money, getting discounts when I can, etc, that's why I'm on MSE - as Parkinson said, "Expenditure Rises to Meet Income", I'm trying to be the exception to the rule
