Nearly no more money worries!!

I am so excited!! I am about to get a housemate (lodger) and at last all my money worries will be over! :T

After speaking to loads of people I couldn't imagine living with, I've found a lovely girl who's going to move in on October 1, paying £350 inclusive a month!! :j

So I'll be able to pay my debts, eat properly, go out sometimes AND save some money. Yay! :D

I know my situation wasn't that bad compared to most people, but it worried me a lot and I'm so happy! Just wanted to share with you.

Am now planning to pay off my mortgage in the next ten years :eek: Well, it's good to have a goal in life...

    Out of interest how did you tell the 'unsuitable' people that they weren't right for you to share with? I can imagine some embarassing phone calls or did you do it face to face?

    Not really cos my car loan runs till then and is 0% so may as well let it run and shove extra cash to my higher interest debt otherwise known as the mortgage.

    I can tell nearly instantly what I think of someone so I just was less than friendly to them (not rude) so then THEY would say they weren't interested!

    Although I did tell one person - it was a guy so I said I'd prefer to live with a girl.

    Been away 3 weeks. What has happened to Weyres Trafalger and Rushnowt, tried looking but don't know where to look. Feel so sorry.
