Am i getting it right that in order to get the book, you do not just have to register, but also send them an envelope??

??? It says for the 20 page salad booklet you must send a stamped SAE!

At the bottom it says:

We would also be grateful if you can tell us a bit about yourself by adding in your details and email address, then we can make sure future promotions, news and the web site are always of interest and providing what you want to know.

That suggests to me they just want those details to send you emails/junkmail??
