Bin it and get a new one. They are not that expensive and you save on the cost of electricity to keep using the tunble dryer. Make bf pay for the new pillow!I'm a retired employment solicitor. If you are putting it in the drier, at least use a couple of balls or a pair of clean trainers or something to keep disturbing the feathers, it's the clumping together of the feathers that stops it from drying.
It can be done, I do it quite often. I have had to do a king size feather and down quilt as well, but it's slightly easier to dry, because the feathers aren't so concentrated in one small space, and I just flung it over the banister.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member # 593 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0 -

Good Tip.
Unfortunately the best way to completely eliminate any kind of organic smell is using bleach. It is guaranteed to do the job but its not advisable to use this on pillows because the fumes will be retained for a LONG time which is very hazardous to health.
Exposure to bright sunlight is another option but a very unlikely one in this country!
Discard the pillow and start again, you will never completely kill the smell and your body heat will certainly activate any remaining bacteria which generated the vomit smell in the first place.Keep trying.........................what else is there to do?
