Me?Newbie!Need template for ending mortgage!

Hi everyone
have looked high and low for a standard template for terminating mortgage at the end of it's three year term. The only ones i can find are for mortgage exit fees etc. I just need an idea of what to put in the letter to say we are terminating it at he end of the agreed term.......

can anyone help me with this?

thanks in advance xx

You don't need to tell a lender that you are coming to the end of a deal - they will know.

You will be better spending your time looking for a new deal either with your current lender or with a new lender

Does the current mortgage need you to give a months notice in order to avoid any penalties?

Who is your current mortgage with?
