    Fri : bangers and mash and yorkshires
    sat : gammon and cauli/broc cheese and roast potatoes and parsnips
    sun : party food
    mon : omelette and salad
    tues : HM pizzas
    wed : spag bol
    thurs : soup

    Working on mine, will edit as I check freezer etc

    Brekkie - toast, cereals, egg on toast
    Lunches - soup, beans on toast, sandwiches (prawns, chicken, ham or cheese) & DS pack ups

    Friday - fish bake for me with mixed veg and a slice of crusty bread (DP taken sandwiches)
    Saturday - beef steak, peas and chips
    Sunday - Roast chicken dinner
    Monday - Out at party thing
    Tuesday - Pizzas
    Wednesday - Chilli and rice
    Thursday - out again

    (PS good luck PP)
    One day I might be more organised...........:confused:

    Friday: Bacon and cheese quiche with wedges and veg
    Saturday: Toad in the Hole or hot dogs
    Sunday: At family so will prob have toast if hungry when we get back
    Monday: Pizza

    and then the rest of the week we have to choose from:

    *Tortilla layer
    *Chicken and bacon wrap rolls
    *Omlette
    *Chicken wraps

    Then it's half term for me!

    Tesco's delivery came this morning, so have mealplanned for the month but this week is as follows.

    Tonight - Hot and sour pork, noodles

    Sun - Chicken and olive casserole

    Mon - spag bol

    Tues - Tandoori chicken breasts, dhal and might attempt making chapatis

    Weds - Baked pots and fillings (just me and kids)

    Thurs - cheese quesadillas, hm salsa (just me and kids again)

    Fri - Chilli, cornbread and leftover salsa
  • This weeks meal plan goes abit like this:-

    Sat: Going out to celebrate my new job!!
    Sun: Chicken, Pots & Veg
    Mon: Spanish Chicken
    Tues: Shepherds Pie
    Weds: Pie & Mash
    Thurs: Chilli & Rice
    Fri: Chips & Egg for me & F.Fingers for DS

    bacon, tomato and advocado salad

    Mon - pasta salad
    pizza and salad ( not hm but will add extra veg topping)

    tues - pasta salad
    chicken and mushrooms in cream and tarragon sauce

    wed - tuna salad roll
    stir fry with cashew nuts

    Thurs - tuna salad roll
    aubergine curry, dhal and rice

    Fri - aubergine curry
    bacon and mushroom omlette - quick snack before going out.

    hi gin gin sorry to just come and butt in on the thread but i wonder if you could post the recipie for the casserole it sounds so nice and if people dont mind id like to join your thread i do meal plan but not every week and this thread could help me do it thanx
