Statute Barred and Credit Report?

Hi,

I've been reading through some threads and noted the comments about debts being statute Barred... I have a quick question, if you have a debt that is now statute barred, will that still show on your credit report and if so, how long do they stay there?

many thanks

Tray

  • Data on your credit report goes back 6 years, so anything that is statute barred should not show. Although matters subject to CCJ's may well do
