Hi,
I've been reading through some threads and noted the comments about debts being statute Barred... I have a quick question, if you have a debt that is now statute barred, will that still show on your credit report and if so, how long do they stay there?
many thanks
Tray

Data on your credit report goes back 6 years, so anything that is statute barred should not show. Although matters subject to CCJ's may well do[strike]Debt @ LBM 04/07 £14,804[/strike]01/08 [strike]£10,472[/strike]now debt free:j
