A great idea and something good has come from people's generosity.

I really really suggest (from a PR gal's point of view) that you contact Boots and let them know about your charity work with the Boots Soft toy collection - they would certainly give recognition for your work in some respect. News coverage, mention in the Boots mag etc.

Please do, also ring the Gt Ormand St hospital press office to let them know you will be coming down. They may want to notify press, tv, local news for great positive publicty for the hospital. If you are not keen on being directly involved in publicty, they can still work generate PR coverage from your charitable gift.

The publicity would make a great story for xmas and would definately encourage people to think about charities at xmas and donating in future (even set up their own local Boot Soft Toy collection for charity)

Please, you, the charity and other MSE members that have given to this collection should be recognised for their efforts and kind generous actions.
