Me and my overdraft.

Hi everyone, new here so apologies if I'm in the wrong subforum or have neglected any protocol- if I should post this elsewhere then please let me know.
Basically I have a £2500 overdraft with Natwest (Graduate Account), and they're stinging me with ludicrously high interest. Around 29% I think, it's averaging around £40 a month. Unfortunately I'm only temping at the moment so I think a loan's out of the question- do you guys think a 0% 15 month cc is the best way to tackle my problem? If so which do you recommend?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, if you can afford the payments on the 0% card then yes, remember to close down your overdraft though the worst thing is to get the card and then run up the debt elsewhere!
That’s what I did and now look at me!!In Jan 2007 I had a debt of £27,896.00 :eek:In October 2011 I paid it off and owned £0.00 - Kinda proud of this!:T0 -
Asmo, how about swapping bank accounts - Alliance and Leicester are doing an offer where they will match your OD limit and charge 0% interest for 12 months so this could be an option if you can't get a cc
There are conditions but not actually sure what they are, it will say on their website though if you have a look on thereMoney doesn't make you happy so I'm skint but cheerful :beer:0
