Mmmm - Hubbles just phoned to let me know tonights dinner is roast chicken and chips - I would trade all the chocolate biscuits you could ever want to eat for a decent roast chicken dinner!
That would never happen in my house. I might get a phone call to say Me and Boys have these strange hungry feeling....I think we need some food, what do we need to do?:rotfl:
They attempted to make a roast dinner for Mothers Day, OH and DS aged 12 & 14 thought that you cooked the chicken with the giblets in (they said they thought the plastic bag would just cook away) and that it took 20mins for it to be cooked.
I know its my fault for always doing the cooking but you would think they would have a bit of sense:rolleyes: . Maybe I should go on strike for a week or two but I have a feeling that out would come the takeaway menus:rolleyes:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I know I'm pretty lucky. He likes cooking and does the ironing voluntarily too. He's even offered to stay home and be a house husband if we ever do have kids...26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

I love Gala
Car was only £25, phew...No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
I got a bronze medal at 750 posts:j but I've no idea how many posts for silver or gold medals though
We're having chilli tonight (supposedly with jacket potatoes); remembered to lift chilli out of freezer but left the JPs in... guess it's chilli and chips or chilli and rice tonight then:o
And I've finally finished slicing and freezing the banana :T (we bought loads on Sunday and they started to go brown/black really quickly - normally stay yellow for a week, so I'm slicing and freezing so that when I wan to make a s smoothie, I have the frozen fruit ready and dont need to worry about ice cubes.

Eventually got my replacement card through for Current account which I have been unable to get any money out of for 2 weeks due to thieving scumbags accessing my account and trying to nick over £5000:eek: like there would be that much in it:rolleyes: but its not the bloody point.
