CCA on Car Finance

Hi, just discovered this site and decided enough is enough and i want to sort my debts out.

My question is i got finance on a car with Euro Car credit who went bust and the HP was transferred to the Funding corporation and i was wondering if it is worth requesting the CCA from them? do you think that they would have been given the original contract? or should i just do a voluntary termination ( i am well past the half way mark) as i am fed up with the amount i am paying out each week. I am going to get my statement of account from them anyway to see what ridiculous charges they have added!

Thanks for your help!

  • i think it would be worth sending the a cca. If they havent got it then you can go down that route, and if they have, at least you will have a clearer picture on exactly what you owe, been charged etc etc.
