Chest freezer for garage

Our chest freezer in the garage is at the end of its life, it is a whirlpool but c rated. The garage is detached from the house and very cold. Although the freezer has losts of frost in it the food has always been frozen well, it is opened every day. We would like to replace it with a large A rated chest freezer again it will be in the garage, any suggestions. If it is A rated will it still be economical to run in such a cold garage? I know it can't be a frost free freezer.
