£50 BILLION bank fund

Sorry, if this is in the wrong place, but I was wondering whether or not the banks will be paying out a dividend to their shareholders prior to the £50b being repaid to the bank of England? I only ask, as if they are, would this amount to fraud or embezzlement of money by the government?
I somehow feel it would be wrong for these private companies to issue a payment if it's on the back of the money it has been given.
Any enlightenment would be gratefully received Thanks!

No it wouldn't. The £50bill is not a gift. It is a loan and the banks are paying interest on it.
And yes, the dividends are being paid. Indeed, some have raised their dividends.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). i think it is not good sense to pay out dividends, when the banks are meant to be improving their books?

You mean virtually every adult in the UK then you have no sympathy for.
Risk is also variable and people that tend to lose too much money and complain about it typically have invested above their risk profile.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
