BIK - Benefits in Kind

P11D - it's the form that employers fill in to give details of any taxable benefits.

Thanks everyone - I rung my tax office this morning .....was only on hold for 10 mins .... the lady said I'm listed as having medical insurance from my employers, when I said I used to in my old job but haven't for the last 3 years in my current job she tentatively agreed I'd been overpaying tax.

I've got to send back my last 3 P60's and they will investigate....fingers crossed for a nice little cheque :T
