02 priority ticketing

Hi folks
Basically i bought 2 tickets for Celine Dion for 6th May (last Tuesday) at the 02 arena. I got the tickets through 02's priority ticketing (for members only) and it was 2 days before the concert went on official sale.
Went to the concert, was fab, but was disappointed to find that our seats were the very last row (row U) right at the top- basically the furthest you could get.
Now i knew our tickets would be on the upper tiers as we choose the least expensive ones (£50 each) however i was expecting better seats for "priority ticketing" especially as it wasn`t on general sale when i bought them. My friend thinks i should complain- any ideas? Thanks

its probable that the concert was sold out or almost sold out before the tickets went on general sale . the o2 holds around 23000 at the most while membership of o2s priority tickets scheme could easily be in the millions.0

I can only assume that COTTOZ35 is some bizarrely lost spammer?
OP, priority ticketing unfortunately does not guarantee that you will get the best seats (though there will have been an allocation of some of the best seats in the priority sale). Your complaint will not get you anywhere, as you accepted the ticket allocation when you bought them. Sorry xGone ... or have I?0 -
Just because its priority ticketing it doesnt mean you have a chance of getting the best seat as theres other 02 users plus other people who bought tickets before you, could people have pre booked the tickets as well
