hi,
i have three prescriptons from my doctor, and have no spare money but i do need to fill at least two of them, which are the best sites where i can purchase medication from???
i have managed to locate them from different sources, but they add up to more then the scripts would with P&P from different sites and nowhere seems to have the epipens which could be because they can't post them???
i need some,
betnovate (30g) Betamethsone Valerate Ointment 01.%
fucibet (30g) Fusicic Acid and Betametsone valerate cream 2% + 01.%
and two epipens
i'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post but really do need to get the exzema stuff ordered as it's driving me crazy and when i scratch it i make it worse...
many many thanks.:D

It depends what medication you use, and if you local chemists knows you.
Some chemists will allow you your medication in advance of payday, again it really depends on your chemists, give it a go tho.
The other thing, when you get paid, if you can purchase a pre pay card, it's £27.50 for 3 months, £102.00 for 12 months, (well, it's around that price)Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

ok, i never need scripts from the doc, so the prepayment is not what i need...
i was hoping that i could get them off the net or something but can't find them...
i could get them at the chemist, but i am trying really hard to not spend a thing this month as i am so close to being debt free... (so much so that i walked in the rain to a shop 10 minutes furthur up the road the other day to save about 50p!!!!)
i was hoping that there might be a magic chemist that woulds have all of these things at cost price instead of having to pay for the script itself...

I normally check with the pharmacist if any of my meds are cheaper without a prescription, sometimes they are, sometimes not, but worth asking.0

they won't provide them without as they are prescription only meds... but thanks...

I thikn you will need to get the prepayment cert or just pay the script cost. I use both for my dodgy skin (eczema) along with epiderm and doublebase.
Personally i've foung pre pay to be cheapest way when not pregnant.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -
You shouldnt really buy prescription medication off the Net because you don't know what you are getting - you might just be sold a fake - it does happen plus you wouldnt have a comeback especially if say one of your epipen's failed!. Personally, I wouldn't be willing to take that risk.
If I were you I would speak to your local primary care trust and explain to them that you cannot pay for your medication, they may be able to suggest something. As someone has said before buying a pre-pay certificate is a good bet because you can use it then for every prescription. Not very money saving but you can buy this pre-pay certificate online with a credit card.
HTH and that you get your required medication soon without having to resort to the Net.0 -

I used to work in a Pharmacy, i would advise you to get the 3 month pre-paid then order your script every month for 3 months and stockpile. If you use those 3 items up every month at 7.10 per item it is still a lot cheaper to get pre-paid in long term.
Also ask GP to change you to the 100g betnovate and 60g Fucibet, it will last longer!0
