Help

Hello,
I am new to this site and was just after some advice as I am not sure who to go to. I have debts amoutning to approximately £15,000 on various loans, credit cards and overdrafts, all with varying interest rates. I am able to make my minimum repayments but feel I am just making ends meet from month to month and want to start saving, so I would like to consoldate my debts and reduce my monthly outgoings. I am not sure if a one off loan over a few years would be the most suitable, or if there is a better option. I think my credit rating is OK but would applying for another loan be a bad idea.
Any advice or comments would be much appreciated.
