Sainsburys free Milk
Comments
-
Hi All
This is from the Sainsburys website
To celebrate the launch of our new milk, we're giving away coupons instore for a free pint of our 1% fat milk, or 40p off a larger size between 16-23 May. So give it a try!
I seen it last weekend when I was shopping - it was in the reduced bit - I take skimmed milk anyway - don't find it watery at all - the long life one even tastes a wee bit creamy. I find when I drink full fat now it feels like I am drinking single/pouring cream.
Kind wishes

I paid 15p a pint last night for it. It's been reduced every night this week when I go in and it's just been in the last week or so that my local Sainsbury has had it in stock.
It seems to freeze ok. Husband say it makes it tea look a little grey so he leaves the tea bag in longer :rotfl:
But for 5p a pint I can hardly turn my nose up at it can you.
Yours

Used to have 1% when visiting Mum in the States...and there's nothing wrong with it as far as I could taste, unless their cows are different to ours LOL.....I only take semi skimmed which is 2% so I'll be giving this a go...but if I remember correctly, there are a lot of different percentages and thicknesses of milk on the Isle of Jersey...and THAT milk is just ...delicious - totally different in taste too...and Jersey cows are the most gorgeous creatures...anyway...I'm digressing here...so I'll shut up now...;)All these years since I left school and I've never once had to use Algebra0
